hnRNP F/H Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects hnRNP F/H in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). hnRNP F/H plays a crucial role in the regulation of pre-mRNA processing and binds to specific RNA sequences, influencing gene expression and splicing decisions. hnRNP F/H is primarily located in the nucleus, where hnRNP F/H participates in the assembly of ribonucleoprotein complexes essential for mRNA maturation. Nuclear localization of hnRNP F/H enables direct interaction with nascent RNA transcripts, facilitating processing and transport to the cytoplasm. hnRNP F/H is involved in regulating alternative splicing, which generates protein diversity and responds to cellular signals.
