hnRNP F/H Antibody (1G11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects hnRNP F/H protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. anti-hnRNP F/H antibody (1G11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) play a crucial role in pre-mRNA processing and transport, binding to heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA) produced by RNA polymerase II. Among these, hnRNP F and H are particularly important as they preferentially associate with poly(rG) regions on RNA, influencing the regulation of gene expression. hnRNP F and H proteins are involved in the formation of hnRNP complexes, which are essential constituents of the spliceosome, and interact with other splicing factors to modulate splice site selection on pre-mRNA. hnRNP F and H undergo post-translational modifications, including phosphorylation and methylation, which can affect function and interactions with other proteins. Understanding the dynamics of hnRNP F and H, including interactions and modifications, is vital for elucidating roles in RNA metabolism and gene expression regulation, making hnRNP F/H (1G11) monoclonal antibody an invaluable research tool.

hello. i purified recombinant hnRNP-H, and reacted it with your antibody. but i always see 3 bends (~55kDa, ~40kDa, ~25kDa). i wanted to ask what is the epitope of the antibody, it may help me to understand the results. thank you Naomi

I am using hnRNP F/H (1G11): sc-32310 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
