Hep B sAg Antibody (NYRHepB) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Hep B sAg of Hepatitis B by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Hep B sAg is a crucial protein antigen produced by the Hepatitis B virus, serving as one of the earliest markers of infection, often appearing in the bloodstream before clinical symptoms manifest. Early detection is vital for timely diagnosis and management of Hepatitis B, which is associated with severe liver inflammation and a significantly increased risk of developing hepatocellular carcinoma. Hep B sAg indicates active viral replication, making anti-Hep B sAg antibody (NYRHepB) an essential tool for monitoring disease progression and treatment efficacy. The Hepatitis B virus, a member of the Hepadnavirus family, has a unique replication mechanism involving reverse transcription, and HBx protein, encoded by one of its open reading frames, plays a critical role in viral life cycle and pathogenesis. Using Hep B sAg monoclonal antibody (NYRHepB) can provide valuable insights into Hepatitis B infection dynamics and implications for liver health.
