Thank you for your question. Please contact our Customer Care Department for current product availability. We provide 200 uL containing 1e6 particles = 5,000 particles/uL The MOI is dependent on the transduction efficiency of the target cell line. We haven’t determined MOI for PC-12 cells. We recommend you determine the MOI on your own cells after measuring transduction efficiency (either w/ copGFP control (sc-108084) or via puromycin selection). We test our lentiviral particles on Hek293 cells and use a MOI of 1 or 2 (10-20uL of LV with 50,000 cells in 1mL of media on a 12 well plate). Calculate MOI (MOI= viral titer/cell number) (# cells) x (Desired MOI; typically 5-20) = Total # Particles (# Particles) / (# cells) = MOI
