H2-Kd Antibody (SF1-1.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects H2-Kd protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). H2-Kd (SF1-1.1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. H2-Kd protein plays a crucial role in the immune response as a member of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules, which are essential for presenting endogenous peptides to cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs).
