GROα Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GROα of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GROα Antibody (G-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GROα, a member of the C-X-C chemokine subfamily, plays a crucial role in mediating inflammatory responses and regulating cell motility and growth. GROα is primarily secreted by activated macrophages and fibroblasts and is involved in the recruitment of neutrophils to sites of inflammation, making GROα essential for the body′s immune response.
