GRO1 Antibody (S-19) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects GRO1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GRO1 antibody (S-19) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. GRO1, also known as growth-regulated oncogene 1, is a member of the C-X-C chemokine family, which plays a crucial role in mediating inflammatory responses and regulating cell migration. GRO1 is involved in the recruitment of neutrophils to sites of inflammation, making GRO1 essential for the body′s immune response. GRO1′s ability to attract immune cells is vital for wound healing and combating infections, while dysregulation of GRO1 expression has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer progression and chronic inflammatory diseases. Understanding GRO1 function and interactions with other signaling molecules can provide insights into therapeutic targets for treating such conditions.
