GP78 Antibody (3D9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GP78 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GP78, also known as autocrine motility factor receptor, plays a crucial role in cancer biology through interactions with tumor-secreted cytokine autocrine motility factor (AMF), which promotes tumor cell motility and metastasis.
