GnT-V Antibody (3E9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GnT-V protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GnT-V antibody (3E9) is available as the non-conjugated format. UDP-N-acetylglucosamine:α mannoside β1,6 N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase, commonly referred to as GnT-V, is crucial for modifying N-linked glycoproteins, which significantly impacts cellular functions and disease processes, particularly in cancer.
