GIPC Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GIPC protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GIPC monoclonal antibody (B-12) is specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 3-27 at the N-terminus of GIPC of human origin. GIPC (B-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GIPC (B-12) monoclonal antibody, also known as GAIP interacting protein at the C terminus, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by interacting with RGS-GAIP, a GTPase-activating protein that regulates G protein signaling pathways. This interaction is vital for modulating G protein-coupled receptor activity, essential for various physiological processes, including neuronal signaling and cellular communication.
