Gfi-1B Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Gfi-1B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Gfi-1B antibody (B-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Gfi-1B protein plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis and immune regulation, primarily functioning as a transcriptional repressor. Gfi-1B is predominantly expressed in the bone marrow and spleen, where Gfi-1B regulates the expression of genes involved in cell cycle control and immune responses. Notably, Gfi-1B directly represses the p21 promoter, which is essential for cell cycle progression, thereby influencing the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells.
