SEE ALSO...

Gads Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Gads in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Gads, an essential adapter protein, plays a critical role in cellular signaling by linking tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins, such as Shc, to downstream effectors, thereby facilitating the transmission of signals from activated growth factor receptors. This interaction is vital for the regulation of various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and survival. The presence of both SH2 and SH3 domains in Gads enables complex protein-protein interactions, which are crucial for maintaining the balance of signaling pathways within the cell. Dysregulation of Gads or associated pathways can lead to aberrant cellular responses, contributing to the development of various diseases, including cancer. anti-Gads antibody (G-11) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers exploring the intricate signaling networks that govern cellular behavior and investigating potential therapeutic targets within these pathways.
