FOXN4 Antibody (G-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FOXN4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FOXN4 Antibody (G-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FOXN4 protein, consisting of 476 amino acids, functions as a crucial nuclear factor in retinal progenitor cell differentiation. FOXN4 monoclonal antibody (G-1) recognizes a protein essential for amacrine and horizontal cell formation during retinogenesis through activation of retinogenic factors including MATH-3, Neuro D, and PROX1. Anti-FOXN4 antibody (G-1) targets a protein coexpressed with bHLH factor ASH1 in p2 progenitors during spinal neurogenesis, influencing distinct interneuron subtype development. FOXN4 (G-1) antibody identifies a protein that regulates ASH1 expression and determines spinal neural progenitor fate, promoting V2a fate while suppressing V2b fate, demonstrating FOXN4′s significance in neuronal subtype diversification and neurodevelopmental processes.
