FOXJ2 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects FOXJ2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FOXJ2 antibody (G-9) is available as a non-conjugated format. FOXJ2, or Forkhead box protein J2, is a 574 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene FOXJ2, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression during development and in adult tissues. FOXJ2 is particularly important due to involvement in the differentiation of specific cell types; for instance, FOXJ2 is expressed in the testis from pachytene spermatocytes to round spermatids, but not in spermatogonia, highlighting a role in germ cell development.
