FOXI2 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects FOXI2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FOXI2 antibody (E-5) is available as the non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. FOXI2, also known as forkhead box I2, is a crucial 318 amino acid nuclear protein that features a fork-head DNA-binding domain, classifying FOXI2 as a member of the FOX family of transcription factors, which encompasses at least 43 distinct proteins sharing a common winged-helix or forkhead domain. These transcription factors are integral to various biological processes, including development, differentiation, aging, and hormone responsiveness.
