    SEE ALSO...

FN3KRP Antibody (G-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FN3KRP protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FN3KRP (G-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FN3KRP protein, a member of the fructosamine kinase family, plays a crucial role in phosphorylating psicoamines and ribulosamines, specifically targeting the third carbon of their sugar moiety. This post-translational modification leads to deglycation of target amines, protecting proteins from nonenzymatic glycation′s detrimental effects, which can cause cellular dysfunction and contribute to various diseases, including diabetes and aging-related disorders. FN3KRP is predominantly expressed in erythrocytes, bone marrow, spleen, brain, and kidney, highlighting FN3KRP′s importance in maintaining cellular health and metabolic processes across different tissues. Using anti-FN3KRP antibody (G-1) in research can provide valuable insights into glycation mechanisms and fructosamine kinases′ protective roles in cellular metabolism.
