Fn14 Antibody (ITEM-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Fn14 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). anti-Fn14 antibody (ITEM-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Fn14, also known as TWEAK receptor, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. Fn14 is primarily located on the surface of smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells, where Fn14′s presence is vital for mediating responses to inflammatory stimuli and promoting angiogenesis. Fn14′s localization allows for the regulation of vascular development and repair processes, which are essential for maintaining tissue homeostasis and responding to injury.
