FMNL1 Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Formin-like protein 1 (FMNL1) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FMNL1 is a 1,094 amino acid protein encoded by the mouse gene Fmnl1 and belongs to the formin homology family, characterized by unique structural domains, including one diaphanous autoregulatory domain, one formin homology 2 domain, and one Rho GTPase-binding/formin homology 3 domain.
