FKHR Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically targeting FKHR, also known as FOXO1A, within the forkhead box O (FOXO) family of transcription factors. Anti-FKHR antibody (C-9) recognizes an epitope mapped between amino acids 615-653 near the C-terminus of human FKHR, enabling reliable detection across multiple species including mouse, rat, human, equine, canine, bovine, porcine, and avian. FKHR plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression involved in apoptosis, cell cycle control, and oxidative stress resistance, making FKHR a key player in cellular homeostasis and cancer biology.
