SEE ALSO...

fish Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects fish in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-fish antibody (G-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. fish, a potential substrate for Src kinases, is a widely expressed adaptor protein characterized by five SH3 domains and a phox homology (PX) domain, which play crucial roles in cellular signaling and cytoskeletal dynamics. The presence of these SH3 domains allows fish to interact with various signaling molecules, facilitating protein complex assembly essential for signal transduction pathways. Src family protein tyrosine kinases, pivotal in regulating cellular responses to growth factors, can modulate fish activity through tyrosine phosphorylation. This post-translational modification influences protein interactions and functions, especially in cytoskeletal rearrangements and cellular motility. In Src-transformed fibroblasts and normal cells exposed to specific growth factors, fish undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation, indicating involvement in signaling cascades that govern cellular behavior. Additionally, treatment with cytochalasin D rapidly induces tyrosine phosphorylation of fish, further underscoring fish′s role in dynamic regulation of cytoskeletal changes.
