SEE ALSO...

FGF-5 Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FGF-5 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FGF-5 antibody (F-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGF-5 plays a crucial role in regulating hair follicle development and cycling, making FGF-5 essential for proper hair growth and regeneration. FGF-5 expression is tightly regulated during hair growth phases, and dysregulation can lead to conditions such as alopecia or other hair growth disorders. FGF-5 is also involved in various cellular processes, including angiogenesis and wound healing, highlighting FGF-5′s importance in both developmental biology and tissue repair. Anti-FGF-5 antibody (F-11) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into the mechanisms of hair follicle biology and the broader implications of fibroblast growth factors in health and disease.
