SEE ALSO...

FCRLM1 Antibody (N28.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FCRLM1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-FCRLM1 antibody (N28.1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FCRLM1 is a member of the Fc receptor-like (FCRL) family, which plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses, particularly in B lineage cells. FCRLM1 is primarily located on the surface of B cells, where FCRLM1 is involved in regulating cell signaling pathways that influence immune activation and tolerance. Precise localization of FCRLM1 is vital, as FCRLM1 allows for the integration of signals from the immune environment, thereby impacting the development and function of B cells. Dysregulation of FCRLM1 has been implicated in various malignancies and autoimmune disorders, highlighting FCRLM1′s importance in maintaining immune homeostasis. The FCRL family, including FCRLM1, contributes to the diversity of the immunoglobulin superfamily and exhibits unique signaling capabilities, which are essential for the adaptive immune response.

Can FCRLM1 (N28.1): sc-53583 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, FCRLM1 (N28.1): sc-53583 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
