FcRH1 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FcRH1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FcRH1 (E-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The Fc receptor homolog (FcRH) family, to which FcRH1 belongs, consists of type I transmembrane glycoproteins that play crucial roles in the regulation of the immune system. FcRH1 is primarily expressed in mature B lineage cells, where FcRH1 contributes to the modulation of B cell activation and differentiation. This regulation is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing autoimmune disorders, as dysregulation of FcRH proteins has been linked to conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus, autoimmune thyroid disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. The genes encoding human FcRH proteins are located on chromosome 1, adjacent to related Fc receptor genes, highlighting their evolutionary relationship. With FcRH1′s ability to interact with various ligands and other immune receptors, anti-FcRH1 antibody (E-8) serves as a valuable tool for researchers studying B cell biology and related pathologies.
