    SEE ALSO...

FBXO30 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FBXO30 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FBXO30 Antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FBXO30, also known as F-box only protein 30, is a 745 amino acid protein characterized by a 40-amino acid F-box domain and a TRAF-type zinc finger, positioning FBXO30 as a vital member of the F-box protein family. F-box proteins play a crucial role in the SCF (Skp1-CUL-1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, which is essential for substrate recognition and recruitment for ubiquitination. FBXO30 is particularly important in regulating various cellular processes, including cell cycle, immune response, and signaling pathways, by targeting specific proteins for degradation via the proteasome. FBXO30 selectively recognizes and binds to phosphorylated proteins, facilitating ubiquitination and subsequent degradation, which underscores FBXO30′s significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating protein levels in response to cellular signals.
