EVI5L Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EVI5L protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-EVI5L antibody (G-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EVI5L, also known as ecotropic viral integration site 5-like protein, is a 794 amino acid protein characterized by one Rab-GAP TBC domain, which is crucial for function as a GTPase-activating protein. EVI5L plays a significant role in regulating small GTPases activity, particularly Rab2A and Rab10, which are essential for vesicular transport and membrane trafficking within cells.
