    SEE ALSO...

EVA1B Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects EVA1B of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EVA1B (D-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EVA1B, also known as FAM176B or C1orf78, is a 165 amino acid single-pass membrane protein that plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis and cell proliferation, making EVA1B significant in cancer research and therapeutic development. Located primarily in the endoplasmic reticulum and cytoplasm, EVA1B′s positioning is essential for cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in modulating cell death and survival. The gene encoding EVA1B is situated on human chromosome 1, which is notable for extensive gene content and association with various diseases, including several cancers and genetic disorders. Understanding EVA1B′s function and localization can provide insights into potential biomarker or therapeutic target applications in oncology and other fields of medicine.
