ETO-2 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ETO-2 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ETO-2, also known as MTG16, is a member of the ETO transcription factor family, which plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression and cellular differentiation. Anti-ETO-2 antibody (D-4) targets a protein primarily located in the nucleus, where ETO-2 interacts with various DNA-binding proteins and transcriptional regulators, including the nuclear receptor corepressor (N-CoR). Nuclear localization of ETO-2 allows for modulation of transcriptional activity in response to cellular signals, thereby influencing processes such as hematopoiesis and oncogenesis.
