ET-2 Antibody (3B4-1C5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ET-2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ET-2 antibody (3B4-1C5) is available as the non-conjugated format. Human endothelins, including endothelin-1, endothelin-2, and endothelin-3, are critical components of the cardiovascular system, with endothelin-2 being particularly notable for its potent vasoconstrictor activity.
