Estrogen Receptor alpha Antibody (H226) is a rat monoclonal IgG1 raised against human Estrogen Receptor alpha (ERα), detecting ERα of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). ERα protein is a ligand-activated transcription factor belonging to the steroid hormone receptor superfamily and plays a pivotal role in regulating gene expression in reproductive tissues. ERα interacts with specific proteins that modulate activity and function.
