Estrogen Receptor alpha Antibody (H222) is a rat monoclonal IgG1 raised against human Estrogen Receptor alpha (ERα), and detects ERα of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB). Anti-ERα antibody (H222) is available in non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ERα protein is a ligand-activated transcription factor belonging to the steroid/thyroid hormone receptor superfamily, playing a critical role in regulating the normal function of reproductive tissues.
