ESM-1 Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ESM-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ESM-1 (C-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Endothelial cell specific molecule-1 (ESM-1) is a proteoglycan secreted by endothelial cells, and ESM-1 expression is notably regulated by inflammatory cytokines, highlighting ESM-1′s role in vascular biology and inflammation. ESM-1 is primarily localized in the vascular endothelium of human lung and kidney tissues, where ESM-1 plays a crucial role in mediating interactions between endothelial cells and circulating leukocytes.
