SEE ALSO...

ERM Antibody (H-06) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ERM protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ERM antibody (H-06) is available as the non-conjugated form. ERM protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and cytoskeletal organization, acting as a key regulator of cell shape and motility. ERM protein is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the formation of cell-cell junctions, which are essential for maintaining tissue integrity and facilitating communication between cells. Proper functioning of ERM protein is vital for processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and response to extracellular signals, making ERM protein an important player in development and wound healing. ERM protein interacts with various proteins, including the ezrin, radixin, and moesin family, which link the cytoskeleton to the plasma membrane, further emphasizing ERM protein′s significance in cellular architecture and signaling pathways. Using anti-ERM antibody (H-06) in research can provide valuable insights into the dynamics of cell behavior and underlying mechanisms of various physiological and pathological processes.
