Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used to detect ER beta protein levelsThis antibody is very useful for protein detection in animal brain tissue compartments. In particular, we used this antibody to detect protein levels in mytosol in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of rats. In general, we are very satisfied with the obtained results from our samples, although specificity of this Ab could be enhanced due to stronger background. Dilutions of Ab, up to 1:1000.
