ephrin-A1 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ephrin-A1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ephrin-A1 (A-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ephrin-A1 plays a crucial role in cell signaling and communication, particularly in nervous system development, where ephrin-A1 acts as a ligand for EphA2 receptors, influencing processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and axon guidance. Understanding ephrin-A1 function is vital, as dysregulation has been implicated in various neurological disorders and cancers, highlighting ephrin-A1 as a potential therapeutic target.
