EphB3 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EphB3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-EphB3 antibody (A-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EphB3 is a member of the Eph receptor family, which is the largest group of receptor protein tyrosine kinases identified to date, playing a crucial role in mediating cell-cell interactions during development and in the central nervous system. EphB3 is primarily located in the cell membrane, where EphB3 participates in signaling pathways that regulate cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation. This membrane localization enables EphB3 to interact with ephrin-B1 and ephrin-B2 ligands, facilitating bidirectional signaling that influences neuronal development and synaptic plasticity. Understanding EphB3 function and location is essential for elucidating EphB3′s role in various physiological processes and potential implications in neurological disorders.
