EPDR1 Antibody (F-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects EPDR1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EPDR1, also known as ependymin related protein 1, UCC1, or MERP1, is a 244 amino acid type II transmembrane protein belonging to the ependymin family, which shows significant sequence similarity to ependymins, proteins synthesized in fibroblasts and secreted into cerebrospinal fluid. This similarity suggests a conserved role across species, particularly in processes related to cell adhesion and signaling.
