    SEE ALSO...

Endoglycosidase [EndoS] Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Endoglycosidase of Streptococcus equi subsp. equi 4047 origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Endoglycosidase antibody (B-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EndoSe plays a crucial role in the degradation of glycoproteins by cleaving N-linked glycans, which is essential for proper cell signaling and immune response. Endoglycosidase′s ability to modulate glycoprotein structures can significantly impact Streptococcus equi virulence, making EndoSe a vital target for research into bacterial pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions. With 1018 amino acids, Endoglycosidase′s structure facilitates enzymatic activity, underscoring EndoSe′s importance in both basic and applied microbiological research.
