- CRISPR/Cas9 KO Plasmids consists of endobrevin-specific 20 nt guide RNA sequences derived from the GeCKO (v2) library
- For CRISPR gene knockout, gRNA sequences direct the Cas9 protein to induce a site-specific double strand break (DSB) in the genomic DNA

- Gene knockdown or activation can be assayed using endobrevin Antibody (G-12): sc-166820

- gRNA sequences are derived from the GeCKO (v2) library and direct the Cas9 protein to induce a site-specific double strand break (DSB) in the genomic DNA
- **** NOTE: No corresponding HDR is available for this Knockout Plasmid. **** Please use sc-403438-KO-2 and sc-403438-HDR-2 if selection of cells using puromycin resistance is desired.
- Following transfection, gene knockout efficiency can be assayed by WB, IF or IHC using antibody: endobrevin Antibody (G-12): sc-166820
