SEE ALSO...

Emt Antibody (2F12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Emt protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and kinase assays. Anti-Emt antibody (2F12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Emt protein, also known as Itk or Tsk, is a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, which plays a crucial role in T cell signaling and activation. Specifically, Emt protein is involved in the regulation of T cell receptor signaling pathways, which are essential for the immune response. Proper functioning of Emt protein is vital for T cell development and differentiation, as Emt helps modulate the activation of downstream signaling cascades that lead to T cell proliferation and cytokine production. Dysregulation of Emt protein can lead to impaired immune responses, making Emt a significant focus of research in immunology and potential therapeutic interventions. Emt (2F12) antibody is an invaluable tool for researchers studying T cell biology and the mechanisms underlying immune system function.
