EMR1 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect EMR1 across human, mouse (F4/80), and rat homologs through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications. EMR1 monoclonal antibody (D-11) targets an epitope within amino acids 241-530 of the extracellular domain of human EMR1, ensuring precise binding and reliable detection.
