    Elmo3 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Elmo3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Elmo3 antibody (E-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Elmo3 plays a crucial role in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, particularly during processes such as phagocytosis and cell motility. Elmo3 interacts with DOCK180 and Crk II, forming a complex essential for activating Rac and Rho small GTPases, which are pivotal in mediating cell shape changes and motility. Proper functioning of Elmo3 is vital for various cellular processes, including engulfment of apoptotic cells and formation of cellular protrusions, which are important for tissue homeostasis and immune responses. Elmo3′s involvement in these pathways highlights significance in developmental processes and potential implications in cancer metastasis, making Elmo3 a valuable target for research in cell biology and therapeutic development.
