eIF3β Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects eIF3β protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-eIF3β antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. eIF3β protein plays a crucial role in initiating protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells, functioning as part of the eukaryotic initiation factor 3 (eIF3) complex, which is essential for assembling the 40S ribosomal subunit.
