What is the promoter regulating EGFR shRNA Plasmid ? and what is the antibiotic resistance?

Thank you for your question. The vector uses an H1 promoter for shRNA expression in our EGFR shRNA Plasmid (h): sc-29301-SH. After transfection, cells stably expressing shRNAs can be isolated by puromycin selection. And the puromycin resistance gene is driven by the CMV promoter.
