EGFR 항체(A-10)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 EGFR 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 EGFR 항체(HER1 항체 또는 ERBB1 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. EGFR 항체(A-10)는 비접합 항-EGFR 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-EGFR 항체 모두로 사용할 수 있습니다. Hello, I have EGFR(A-10): sc373746 antibody and p-EGFR (9H2): sc-57545, I would like to ask dilution for both and secondary reagent please .

Thank you for your question. For Western Blot we recommend a starting dilution 1:100. The dilution range is 1:100-1:1000. More recommendations are given in the datasheet, which can be downloaded from the product page.

Thank you for your question. Yes, this antibody is recommended for IF/IHC on mouse tissue samples. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:50 for this antibody.

Does this antibody against mutant forms of EGFR in mouse or human?

Thank you for your question. EGFR Antibody (A-10): sc-373746 is specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 1114-1147 within a C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of EGFR of human origin. EGFR proteins possessing this amino acid sequence should be recognized by this antibody without issue.

if I probe western blot with EGFR sc-373746, I don't have to against the blot with 2nd antibody. Is that right? Is this a phospho-EGFR antibody?

This antibody is available unconjugated (sc-373476), in which case you must use a secondary anti-mouse IgG for detection. It is also available directly conjugated to HRP, and fluorescent probes, (sc-373476 HRP, etc.), in which case there is no secondary antibody needed for detection. This is not a phospho-specific EGFR antibody. It is reactive with total EGFR.

HI, I need to do negative depletion of cells using an anti-EGF-receptor monoclonal antibody, mouse-human. can I use EGFR Antibody (A-10): sc-373746 for this purpose?

Thank you for your question. We have not tested this antibody for any biological activity such as depletion, and so this is not a recommended application at this time. We do offer an alternative antibody which has been validated for use in biological studies, including neutralization, EGFR Antibody (R-1): sc-101, also provided azide-free for biological studies, sc-101 L.

Is it positive for MCF-7 or MDA-MB-231 ?
