EDG-5 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EDG-5 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EDG-5 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EDG-5, a member of the endothelial differentiation gene (EDG) family of G protein-coupled receptors, plays a crucial role in mediating cellular responses to lysophospholipid signaling molecules such as sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) and lysophosphatidic acid (LPA).
