EBV Ea-D Antibody (1108-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the EBV Ea-D protein of Epstein-Barr Virus origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-EBV Ea-D antibody (1108-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EBV Ea-D protein, an early antigen associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection, plays a crucial role in the viral life cycle, particularly in viral replication. EBV Ea-D protein is involved in regulating viral DNA polymerase, which is essential for viral genome replication. This interaction ensures efficient virus replication within host cells, contributing to the pathogenesis of EBV-related diseases. EBV Ea-D protein serves as a marker for active viral replication, making EBV Ea-D (1108-1) antibody valuable for research and diagnostic applications related to Epstein-Barr virus infections.
