SEE ALSO...

EB3 Antibody (7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EB3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-EB3 antibody (7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. EB3 (7) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating microtubule dynamics, essential for various cellular processes such as mitosis, intracellular transport, and cell signaling. EB3 monoclonal antibody (7) targets a protein that binds to growing microtubule ends, influencing cytoskeleton stability and organization, thereby impacting cell shape and motility. This function is particularly important in neuronal development and function, as well as in cancer progression, where abnormal microtubule dynamics can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and metastasis. EB3 (7) monoclonal antibody detects a protein predominantly expressed in the central nervous system that preferentially associates with adenomatous polyposis coli-like protein (APCL), further indicating involvement in cellular signaling pathways critical for maintaining normal cellular functions and preventing tumorigenesis.

Are there any issues with using sc-136405: EB3 (7) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-136405 conjugates.
