    SEE ALSO...

Dynein IC1, cytosolic Antibody (G-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Dynein IC1, cytosolic of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Dynein IC1, cytosolic antibody (G-1) is available as a non-conjugated format. Dynein proteins play a crucial role in cellular transport mechanisms, functioning as motor proteins that move along microtubules to facilitate the transport of organelles, vesicles, and other cargo within cells. Dynein IC1, cytosolic (G-1) antibody recognizes a complex composed of multiple subunits, including two heavy chains essential for motor activity, and several intermediate and light chains that assist in cargo binding and regulation. This intricate arrangement of subunits converts chemical energy from ATP hydrolysis into mechanical work, enabling microtubule network traversal. The carboxy terminus of Dynein IC1, cytosolic is critical for microtubule interaction, while amino terminal region variability influences regulatory interactions with proteins like dynactin and LIS1, which modulate activity and ensure proper cellular function.
