DPRP2 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DPRP2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DPRP2 Antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DPRP2, also known as DPP9 or DP9, is a member of the peptidase S9B family and is characterized by prolyl oligopeptidase activity, which is crucial for the regulation of peptide hormones and other bioactive peptides. DPRP2 is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and is widely expressed, with significant levels found in the heart, muscle, and liver tissues.
