DPPA2 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that targets DPPA2 in human and mouse samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). DPPA2 monoclonal antibody (H-10) recognizes Developmental Pluripotency Associated 2 (DPPA2), also known as PESCRG1 (Pluripotent Embryonic Stem Cell-Related Gene 1 Protein), which plays a crucial role in maintaining pluripotency and self-renewal in embryonic stem cells, making it essential for early development and a potential target in regenerative medicine. Expressed in embryonic stem cells, DPPA2 is a 298 amino acid nuclear protein containing one SAP domain.
