    DPPA2 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that targets DPPA2 in human and mouse samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). DPPA2 monoclonal antibody (H-10) recognizes Developmental Pluripotency Associated 2 (DPPA2), also known as PESCRG1 (Pluripotent Embryonic Stem Cell-Related Gene 1 Protein), which plays a crucial role in maintaining pluripotency and self-renewal in embryonic stem cells, making it essential for early development and a potential target in regenerative medicine. Expressed in embryonic stem cells, DPPA2 is a 298 amino acid nuclear protein containing one SAP domain. DPPA2 interacts with various transcription factors to regulate gene expression necessary for stem cell maintenance. Understanding DPPA2 localization is vital for studying its role in cellular processes and cancer research, where aberrant pluripotency factor expression may contribute to tumorigenesis.
